Membership Rules

• To participate in/on any teams, league, class, camp, etc you must have a membership (single or family)
• Membership must be paid in full before an individual will be allowed to register for any program
• Membership cards are NOT TRANSFERABLE. Only the individual to whom the card is issued may use the card.
• Valid picture I.D. required.
• There will be no refund on membership
• Memberships are valid for 1 (one) year from registration date
• Benefits are subject to change-Aviator will notify members by e-mail of any changes
• If your card is lost or destroyed it will be a $10 fee to replace the card
• Card must be presented to receive any of the discounts or benefits
• Membership can be terminated at the discretion of Aviator Sports and Events Center
• Family membership is good for up to 6 people. It will be an additional $20 for each additional person over the initial 6 family members
• Children under 2 years of age do not require a membership card
• Families must show proof of relationship to qualify under the family membership
