PROGRAM FOR ANYONE 55+
Are you 55+ or know someone important to you who is? The Seniors in Shape Program should not be missed by for anyone over the age of 55. You will be able to participate in exercise and dance classes designed specifically this age group. Every Thursday, representative will be available to answer questions on essential topics including senior benefits, health and much more.
Living an active lifestyle is vital to maintaining good health. These classes are especially designed for baby boomers and seniors. This will be a great way to get started.

Senior Guest Day Thursday, June 12th from 9:00am to 3:30pm
* Free admission (for anyone 55+)
* Lunch Specials offering a “BBQ BLAST”
* Sample fitness classes, networking, consumer information on benefits
& services, raffles, giveaways, music & dancing .
*Special entertainment provided by “Ray Rivera Jazz Band”
Senior Centers & Organizations will meet for the day of networking. There will be information on consumer benefits & services, ongoing sample fitness classes, health screenings, dancing, giveaways, plenty of raffles, and much more.
