BOYS' RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS

ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS (Ages 6 & up)
Artistic Gymnastics is one of the most popular at the Summer Olympic Games. Artistic gymnastics is a great sport that builds physical strength, flexibility, and kinesthetic awareness along with discipline, control and patience. Gymnastics is especially beneficial for young children, because it teaches skills that promote overall fitness, while providing a structured learning environment that benefits comprehensive educational development.

This course is for all levels. Students will be divided by age and ability. Boys will learn introductory skills on the floor, vault, pommel horse, rings, high bar and parellel bars. Trampoline is included to enhance skills.

Schedule

Boys Beginner - Intermediate (1 hour class)

Saturday or Sunday 11:40am

Boys Intermediate - Advanced (1.5 hour class)

Tuesday  5:00pm
