BOYS & GIRLS CLASS FOR CHILDREN WITH AUTISM (Ages 8 - 13)

This co-ed class class is a great class that builds physical strength, flexibility, and kinesthetic awareness along with discipline, control and patience. Gymnastics is especially beneficial for young children, because it teaches skills that promote overall fitness, while providing a structured learning environment that benefits comprehensive educational development.  Children must be mobile and able to follow directions with assistance.
