GIRLS' RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS


ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS (Ages 6 & up)
Artistic Gymnastics is one of the most popular at the Summer Olympic Games. Artistic gymnastics is a great sport that builds physical strength, flexibility, and kinesthetic awareness along with discipline, control and patience. Gymnastics is especially beneficial for young children, because it teaches skills that promote overall fitness, while providing a structured learning environment that benefits comprehensive educational development.

This course is for all levels. Students will be divided by age and ability. Girls will learn introductory skills on the floor, beam, vault and bars. Trampoline is included to enhance skills.

Schedule

Girls Beginner - Intermediate (1 hour class)

Monday, Wednesday or Friday 4:15pm

Tuesday or Thursday  5:00pm

Saturday or Sunday 9:40am

Girls Intermediate - Advanced (1.5 hour class)

Monday, Wednesday, or Friday  5:25pm

Saturday or Sunday  10:45am
