TUMBLING AND TRAMPOLINE


TUMBLING
Competitive tumbling is performed on specialized spring runways that help tumblers propel themselves as they demonstrate speed, strength and skill while executing a series of acrobatic maneuvers. Top-level contenders will perform explosive somersaults with multiple flips and twists.

TRAMPOLINE
Trampoline is a competitive sport in which gymnasts perform acrobatics such as simple jumps in the pike, tuck or straddle position to more complex combinations of forward or backward somersaults and twists. Trampoline is an essential tool for developing skills that benefit all forms of gymnastics, cheerleading and extreme sports athletes. Trampoline was first performed in the Olympics in 2000.

Beginner Tumbling (Ages 6 - 17) Co-ed

Students will learn the fundamental skills for tumbling. Students will utilize the power tumbling strip, tumble track, and floor exercise. This is a great class for cheerleaders or any student that would like to improve their tumbling skills.

Beginner Tumbling and Trampoline (Ages 6 – 17) Co-ed
Students will learn the fundamental skills for both tumbling and trampoline. Students will utilize the trampoline, tumble track, power tumbling strip and floor exercise. This is a great class for extreme athletes.
