During the weekend of March 14-15 in Rochester, NY our 2002 Peewee Team lost in the State Championship Game to the Bethlehem Eagles. “The group really came a long way this season,” Coach Chris Werstine said. “The last month of the season everything came together for the team, adapting a style of play that, at times, would shut down the opposition.” In the State semifinal, Aviator beat the Westchester Vipers by a score of 4-0. In the two regular season games Aviator gave up a total of 14 goals, but in the game that counted most, Aviator played strong and found a way. Congratulations to the Players and Parents on a fine season!
