Civilian Military Combine - NYC Urban Assault - CMC - the ultimate test of strength, endurance, and agility and now officially available to the public! This competition is designed for all level athletes to test strength, endurance and agility. Race day structure consists of “The PIT” (strength element) transitioning into a mountain run with military obstacles positioned throughout. The difficulty of the course is determined by you the competitor, whether you are a weekend warrior looking for the ultimate challenge or a competitive athlete looking to win... CMC is for you. This race structure has been carefully created, refined and reviewed by the top strength and conditioning coaches from the CrossFit community, United States Armed Forces and USA Triathlon Organization Race Directors.!

View images from our first-ever Community Open House! Close to 300 people came and learned about our various programs, classes, clinics and activities for children and adults of all ages. They met with department representatives, toured the facility and participated in short demonstrations. Disney's Magic of Healthy Living hosted by Radio Disney AM 1560 was onsite with fun activities plus music, games and prizes...which kept all the kids dancing and having fun for hours!

Aviator Sports and Events is a 800-acre decommissioned airport, which is part of Gateway National Recreation Area. The facility houses sports and events for all ages.

Rugged maniac 2012 - Rugged Maniac is a 5K (3.2 mile) obstacle course race that combines the most rugged terrain and burly obstacles to allow those with a sense of adventure to define themselves, then bask in glory at a rocking after party with live music, food and plenty of beer.
