Strength:

Back Squat

*Only four sets here. Take some time to safety work up to a heavy starting weight, for YOU. You will be able to do more than you think. Stay tight, grip it and rip it.*

WOD:

AMRAP 10’

7 Back Squat
28 Double Unders

*If you don’t have double under yet you will do x2 singles.*
