Warm Up:

Circle Run


Front Squat

*Each set should be heavier than the last*


Every 4 minutes for 5 Rounds

20 Row Cals
10 Burpees Over the Rower

*Go fast and earn your rest. Aim to get 2 minutes of rest on each round. Burpees over the rower are just like burpees over the bar.*
