Warm Up:

Foam Roll

3 Rounds @ W.U.P.
200m Row
15 Air Squats (Slow and Controlled)
10 Push Ups

*Any workout in the warm up section should be done at a slow and controlled pace. The idea is to go through the full range of motion of each movement, break up any lactic acid and prepare your body for the workout.*

Always remember: YOU CAN’T WIN THE WARM UP!


5 Rounds for time:

10 Thrusters
20 Pull Ups

*Thrusters should be fast and unbroken.*
