Free Running is an open session and is expressive and creative in nature. Participants practice moves such as acrobatics, flips, and spins while working on their flair and creativity. Free running invites improvisation with the world around you, which includes open space as well as objects. Many of the most interesting Free Running courses are naturally occurring, but our state-of-the-art Gymnastics facility and equipment allow each athlete to get as creative as they’d like with their runs. Free running has an open workout format to encourage participants to practice with creativity and to push the limits of gymnastic expression.
