Aviator Sports Summer Camp has opened it interviewing process for all Summer Camp positions and forward your resume directly to jobs@aviatorsports.com with the completed attached Camp Questionnaire.
Camp Counselors: Oversee campers and assist with structured activities throughout the day as per the schedule such as art, music, group discussions, and recreational games. Minimum of 6 – 9 month’s experience working with youth in recreational/sports activities.
Division Leaders: Supervise approximately 15 – 20 counselors on a daily basis to serve as a role model for Aviator’s Camp Counselors and enrolled campers. Assist with staff training for all counselors and responsible for any disciplinary issues that may arise on a daily basis. Minimum qualification requires candidate to be at least a current college student with experience working with youth in a recreational/sports environment.
Certified Life Guards: Monitor pool with constant attention to all swimmers. Respond promptly and appropriately when rescue or first aid is necessary. Know and enforce all pool rules in a respectful manner. At least 1 year of work related experience as a Life Guard. Life Guard Certification through American Red Cross or equivalent. CPR first aid certification for both Adult and Child.
Camp Nurse: Coordinate all health care functions and oversee execution of health care for Aviator’s Summer Day Camp. This includes providing First Aid, individual health care, maintaining health records, administering and managing medications, collaborating with external health care providers and communicating with parents/guardians.

- Ability to work as a team member with other counselors and adult staff members
- Responsible, friendly, enthusiastic, actively engaged, and patient
- Possess a desire to work directly with children
- Safety is priority
- Prior experience in a youth-related program is desired

Physical Requirements: Able to conduct recreational activities with youth equipment operation. To be able to participate in physical activities such as swimming, field sports, and physical team building activities. Relations with others: Able to work with children ages 3-14 years old and able to work well with other Counselors.
