Camp Counselors: Oversee campers and assist with structured activities throughout the day as per the schedule such as art, music, group discussions, and recreational games. Minimum of 6 – 9 month’s experience working with youth in recreational/sports activities and high school graduate. Hourly rate $16 per hour.
Division Leaders: Supervise approximately 15 – 20 counselors on a daily basis to serve as a role model for Aviator’s Camp Counselors and enrolled campers. Assist with staff training for all counselors and responsible for any disciplinary issues that may arise on a daily basis. Minimum qualification requires candidate to be at least a current college student with experience working with youth in a recreational/sports environment. Hourly rate $18 per hour.
Arts and Crafts Instructor: Monitor all art and craft activities for camp ensuring proper safety and instruction is followed. Organize and facilitate Aviator’s arts and crafts program for all summer campers. Plans and organizes teaching outlines, methods and goals that support the general teaching outlines provided by Aviator’s Seasonal Summer Camp Program. Hourly rate $16 to $23 per hour.

Physical Requirements: Able to conduct recreational activities with youth equipment operation. To be able to participate in physical activities such as swimming, field sports, and physical team building activities. Relations with others: Able to work with children ages 3-14 years old and able to work well with other Counselors.
