Aviator Sports And Events Center Adds Kosher Options To Its Menu

Aviator Sports to partner with local Eat N’ Run Café to offer high end kosher food court and catering options to its customers

BROOKLYN, NY – MARCH 17, 2016 ­- Aviator Sports and Events Center has announced its partnership with local restaurant, Eat N’ Run Café, in providing a wide range of kosher options for its customers. Aviator has extended its already popular food court to include a Kosher Corner, which will be stocked daily with a variety of wraps, salads, and sandwiches. It has also unveiled a wide-ranging kosher catering menu for large gatherings and events. All kosher selections will be prepared and delivered under the internationally recognized and trusted supervision of Kehila Kashrus.

“Eat N’ Run’s high caliber kosher options are an important addition to our current menu,” says Joseph Passanante, Executive Chef at Aviator Sports. “With Aviator’s high demand for indoor and outdoor catered events, combined with the thousands of people who visit our facility daily, having kosher options is truly essential.”

2016 marks the 10 year Anniversary of Aviator Sports and Events Center. In reviewing its last 10 years of operation, the executive team at Aviator has addressed some common customer requests, and implemented various plans to adhere to them. The addition of the Kosher Corner and kosher catering, along with Aviator’s new All Day Pass and revamped summer camp program, are all in response to the communicated desires of Aviator members.

“We make it a priority to listen to the feedback of our loyal customers, and do what we can to improve wherever possible,” said Dean Rivera, Chief Operating Officer of Aviator Sports. “We recognized a need to offer kosher food options, and are glad to have found a local partner that will help us better serve our customers on a daily basis.”

The new kosher catering menu choices are structured so that Aviator guests can create their own customized packages for Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, weddings, birthday parties, business meetings, or any type of special event that takes place at the facility. Offerings include everything from a variety of pizza pies to an assortment of salads to pasta dishes to sushi platters and more.
