WFA Championship is Coming Home

NY Sharks defeat the Minnesota Vixens 27-21 to win WFA Championship

Our New York Sharks took a trip out to Atlanta for the WFA Championship Game for one more push at their first Division Championship in franchise history. WFA Offensive Player of the Year, quarterback Karen Mulligan, lead the charge to take command of the game. The Sharks’ defense buckled down and was able to prevent the Vixens from getting anything more than a sniff of the title.

Floyd Bennett Field was host to the NY Sharks and we are all so grateful to have been alongside you all during this journey. Seeing your hard work and dedication to the sport have such a high payoff is motivating to anyone who was ever told no. Thank you for the ride, Fins up!!!
