Special Events Overview

At Aviator Sports and Events Center, our professional party and special events planners are dedicated to making your next event a memorable one! With many different event space options to choose from, we can accommodate any type of function, including meetings, special events, seminars, bar/bat mitzvahs, weddings, anniversaries, baby and bridal showers, family reunions, etc.  With our Sky Mezzanine and Aces Lounge indoors, and our Outdoor Picnic Area and Aces Patio outdoors, Aviator can host year-round special events to fit your needs.

Our award winning chefs will also take care of all of your catering needs, with Kosher catering options also available.  From grab­-and­-go snacks and appetizers, to buffet style meals, to a sit-down multi­-course setting, Aviator’s catering staff will give your guests an experience to remember.

AVIATOR EVENT SPACES

Our Sky Mezzanine is a large event space located on the second floor of the Aviator Hangar. Elevated ceilings and unique architecture add a distinctive Industrial Art Deco Experience. The Sky Mezzanine seats 250 people and can be set up to hold up to 500 with a spectacular view overlooking the entire indoor facility.  Add on our full service sports themed bar to add additional space and accentuate your event.

Mezz-3

For meetings and gatherings of up to 50 guests, Aviator has smaller rooms, which can be reserved for Team Building Sessions to Informative Company Policy Changes. Continental Breakfasts, Snacks, Coffee Service, Buffets, and Desserts are available to make your next meeting or event a success.

Our full service sports themed bar is the perfect place to host a private event for up to 50 adults. We offer a range of food and drink packages, along with game day specials. It’s great for draft parties, adult birthday parties, or just a get together with some friends to watch the game!

Elevation: 2nd Floor Aces-3

Open from April to September, Aces Patio is equipped with a full service bar with TVs, 2 swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard, and basketball courts, it’s a great option for all of your summer events. With large and small tent options,  we can accommodate any size outdoor event.
