Free Running overview
Free Running is an open session and is expressive and creative in nature. Participants practice moves such as acrobatics, flips, and spins while working on their flair and creativity. Free running invites improvisation with the world around you, which includes open space as well as objects. Many of the most interesting Free Running courses are naturally occurring, but our state-of-the-art Gymnastics facility and equipment allow each athlete to get as creative as they’d like with their runs. Free running has an open workout format to encourage participants to practice with creativity and to push the limits of gymnastic expression.
Starting in April Free Running will now include our new Ninja Warrior setup!
Ninja Warrior is complex obstacle course that wall challenge the strength, speed, and endurance of all participants. Complete with slanted steps, cliffhangers, unstable bridges, cannonball ally, cargo net swing, rumbling dice, spider wall, TWO warped walls, and more, Aviator’s Ninja Warrior course will feature a variety of different challenges for students to overcome.
