Youth Hockey Camps Overview

Every summer, the professional coaching staff at Aviator Sports and Events Center runs clinics and camps that will help improve a skater’s game. Among the programs offered are:

  • 3 hours of on-ice instruction daily
  • 2 hours of off-ice instruction daily
  • Bring your own lunch
  • Featuring John Sacco, Chris Werstine, and Aviator staff
  • Open to House & Travel level players
  • For off-ice activities, we will offer rock climbing, soccer, gymnastics, and quick feet, balance, and agility training.
  • Drop off 9:00 a.m. Pick up 3:30 p.m.-4:00 p.m.

Aviator Hockey School

Price Per Week: $575 (Aviator Participant Pricing) and $675 (Non-Aviator Participant Pricing)

SCHEDULE & INFO

Intermediate and advanced players looking to take their skills at their position to the next level can do just that at this clinic. For five days, our coaches will teach skating, shooting, stick­-handling and theory from the perspective of offense and defensive positions.

General Schedule:
Dates: July 16-20

Defense: 8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Offense: 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Price:
$60.00 a day for each clinic, plus $35 required Aviator Membership Fee

July 15-19 |  August 5-9 | August 19-23

  • 8:30 a.m. – drop–off
  • 9 a.m. – 10:15 a.m. – Camp starts – One group on-ice/One group off-ice
  • 10:30 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. – Groups switch on and off-ice
  • 12 p.m. – 1 p.m. – Lunch Break
  • 1:30  p.m. – 2:50 p.m. – On and off-ice training resumes
  • 3:30 p.m. – Camp concludes – Parent/Bus Pick­up until 4 p.m.

Prerequisite:
Learn­-to­-Skate program and/or Aviator Atoms program.

Price:
$475/week (All participants must have a current Aviator Membership)

Transportation:
Bus transportation available.
