Travel Hockey Teams

OVERVIEW

All of our head coaches for Aviator Hockey Club teams are non­-parent, full­-time, professional staff. We are an official Tier 1 (AAA) New York State Tournament bound organization participating in the Long Island Amateur Hockey League. in addition to Tier 1 (AAA) Travel Hockey, we also offer Tier 2 (AA) and Tier 3 (A) for the less experienced player.

Aviator Hockey has 15 travel hockey teams ranging from Mite/8U up thru Junior Hockey/20U . Travel teams at Aviator Hockey compete in local and national leagues including:

  • Long Island Amateur Hockey League
  • Hudson Valley Hockey League
  • United States Premier Hockey League

Tryouts for Mite(8U)- Midget (18U) begin on March 28th and conclude on April 28th. For additional information regarding tryouts, contact Chris Werstine or Chris Kienzle

TRAINING SCHEDULE

TRAVEL PROGRAM & STAFF

The 2018-2019 Travel Hockey season for Mite (8U)- Midget (18U) will begin on Labor Day Weekend (September 1-3) and concludes in March. We will be competing primarily in the LIAHL and will also be part of secondary leagues such as the Hudson Valley Hockey League and the USPHL High Performance Youth. In addition to league play, our teams compete in a minimum of three tournaments throughout the US.

 

Aviator Hockey will field 2 Junior teams competing in the USPHL (Elite  & Premier) Divisions. Both teams will play a 30+ game regular season schedule with four Showcases for college exposure!
