Retro Mini Museum


Aviator Sports has brought in an astonishing collection of video games to the facility that spans thousands of flagship titles like Mario Kart, Sonic, and Street Fighter you can play at our Retro Mini Museum.

We have nearly every console in house from Playstation 3 to the original Nintendo Entertainment System.

There will be a multitude of tournaments, parties, events, and reveals approaching, and we couldn’t be more excited to dive deep in one of the most competitive professions in the world.

Our Retro Mini Museum is the perfect plug and play games for parties and meet-ups with Friday Night open play for the public.

Play games headlined by gaming’s biggest mascots like Mario, Sonic, and Pikachu in their respective classics.

We’re welcoming the ever-growing gaming community under our roof with the hope that Aviator Sports can be a new home for the Brooklyn video game community.

Interactive RETRO Video Game Mini-Museum

An exciting new addition Aviator Sports will be the Retro Video Game Mini-Museum on Main Street. The curated installations will feature 10 multiplayer setups encased in a classic video game mini-museum. Visitors can play games and systems through the ages:

System Selection:
1985: Nintendo NES
1989: Sega Genesis
1991: Super Nintendo
1995: PlayStation
1997: Nintendo 64
1999: Sega Dreamcast
2000: PlayStation 2
2001: Nintendo GameCube
2017: 2x Nintendo Switch System

Game Selection:
Each system will be pre-loaded with 30 family-friendly titles from the system’s history. Except the Nintendo Switch systems will only have Super Smash Brothers Ultimate and Mario Kart 8 Ultimate.


  • Friday: 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
  • Sunday: 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.


  • $5 for 30 minutes admission
  • $10 for 1-hour admission

Bigger and better the Aviator’s Retro Video Game Tournament and Expo will be returning in the summer 2020 after the overwhelming success of last years event.

Vendors, collectors, and gamers come together for an all-day event which celebrates the medium that jump-started a plethora of friendships and unforgettable nights.

Buy, sell, and trade some of gaming’s most prized treasures alongside plenty of charming video game knick-knacks and accessories.

Plenty of booths are set up with modern and retro video games scattered throughout the expo floor akin to the days when you needed to be in the same room as your teammate or opponent

A big highlight to last years Expo was the multiple tournaments with sponsored prizes. Games that were headlining our tournaments were WWF No Mercy, NFL Blitz, NBA Jam, among others for some serious competitive matchups.

Tournament participants will be playing for a variety of prizes against local competition you would be surprised were even hanging around in Brooklyn.
